TasteVin Wine Bar & Bistro Announces Expanded Hours with Tailgating Sundays

TasteVin now open on Sundays. A new place to tailgate, watch the game and meet new friends, TasteVin style.

Online PR News – 04-September-2014 – San Carlos, CA – TasteVin Wine Bar and Bistro, a wine bar in San Carlos announces expanded hours and a new event, Tailgating Sundays. Starting September 7, TasteVin will be open on Sunday, 12:00 noon to close. TasteVin is pairing two loves of the Bay Area, wine and the San Francisco 49ers and is offering the football fan a new place to watch the game. Chef Cynthia Bloebaum has created a new Tailgating menu that is paired perfectly for football.

The new tailgating menu includes TasteVin Deviled Eggs, Tri Tip Sliders, Pork Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Skewers, Slider Sampler Platter, Roasted Potatoes with Paprika Ketchup, TasteVin Con Queso, 49ers Cheese Plate, Sunday Cheese & Meat Plate and Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies. Additional beers and a 49er wine flight have been added to round out the beverage menu.

Owner, Sue Simpson, says “We have been watching the Giants all season, had special wine pairings for the World Cup and now we have Tailgating Sundays for the 49er games and NFL. Like all the events we host, we will have fun twists and will do everything to ensure everyone has a great experience. We are excited about being open on Sundays and fired up for the new season.”

TasteVin is quickly developing a reputation for the variety of events they offer during the month. A favorite is Saturday Wine Tasting, available from 1:00 – 6:00 PM. Each Saturday new wines are introduced and Sommelier Lillian Lim offers fascinating information about the winery, wine region and the varietals. Blind tastings offered once a month are extremely popular and customers have had a blast testing their Sommelier skills.
