ACO initiative aligned with Exeter Health Resources' mission
Online PR News – 04-August-2010 – – EXETER, NH – To further pursue its mission to improve the health of New Hampshire Seacoast communities, Exeter Health Resources is taking a leadership role in the New Hampshire Citizens Health Initiative’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Pilot Program.
Exeter Health Resources, which represents Exeter Hospital, Core Physicians, Exeter Healthcare, Rockingham VNA & Hospice and Synergy Health & Fitness, is one of five health systems in NH participating in the new pilot project. The ACO initiative is directly aligned with the Exeter Health Resources’ long term goal of providing a more coordinated health care delivery system for the New Hampshire Seacoast.

The other four health systems participating in the pilot program include: Central New Hampshire Health Partnership, based in Plymouth and Bristol; Southern New Hampshire Health System in Nashua; Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth Medical Clinic in Keene and a North Country initiative of hospitals and home health groups.
