One of the industry’s most experienced professionals, Boatman has over 20 years of gaming experience and 14 years in the mobile games space alone.
Most recently, Boatman served as SVP Mobile at Zynga, where he was responsible for the expansion of Zynga’s mobile game portfolio across iOS, Android, and Facebook. He was responsible for growing “Zynga Poker mobile,” “Running with Friends,” “Words with Friends,” and the at-scale “With Friends” network.
Earlier in his career, Travis grew JAMDAT Mobile Studios from a start-up to a publicly traded global development leader before being acquired by Electronic Arts in 2006.
As SVP of studios at EA Mobile, Travis was responsible for global strategy, including pioneering iOS and Android gaming, pivoting the studio system to free-to-play, and the creation of top grossing games like “The SimpsonsTM: Tapped Out” and “The SimsTM Free Play.”
