IMPACT is launching its “Choose & Chill” Campaign to penetrate four main targets in the local and international markets, expecting to boost the total revenue. Designed especially for MICE market, the campaign is to meet the increasing demand of the members of the IMPACT Society Corporate Reward. The special packages for four targets are i-Exhibit for exhibition group; i-Hotel and i-Con for conference and meeting group; i-Live for entertainment and concert group; and i-Celebration for function and party group.

Designed especially for MICE market, the campaign is to meet the increasing demand of the members of the IMPACT Society Corporate Reward. The special packages for four targets are i-Exhibit for exhibition group; i-Hotel and i-Con for conference and meeting group; i-Live for entertainment and concert group; and i-Celebration for function and party group. The latest campaign expects to increase the revenue by 10 per cent, totaling in Bt1.5 billion.

IMPACT’s 2010 business plan (April 2010 to March 2011) is to meet the increasing demand and the fierce competition of the MICE market. The launch, Choose & Chill, is to draw more clients to experience a diversity of the exceptional service especially made for MICE, says Mr Paul Kanjanapas, managing director of IMPACT Exhibition Management.

Without wasting your time with several suppliers, our packages provide total solutions, combining facilities and services for conferences, exhibitions, expos, concerts, and entertainment shows. The main targets for the campaign providing exceptional facilities and services are: 1) i-Exhibit package for exhibitions from Thailand and overseas; 2) i-Hotel and i-Con for local and international conference and meeting group; 3) i-Live for entertainment and concert group; and 4) i-Celebration for function organizer and corporate group.

Every package comes with special “Personal Assistance” service. “Round-the-clock Meeting Assistance” service, for example, is provided in i-Hotel and i-Con packages. The two-year campaign is launched in mid-July and will be publicised through online media and exhibition road show, starting from Singapore and Malaysia in September; EIBTM in Madrid, Spain in November and December; and AIME in Australia in 2011, says Mr. Paul.

The Choose & Chill campaign expects to boost the sales by 10 per cent. The increase will be generated by all segments, divided into 3 per cent from international conference group; 25 per cent from local conference group; 2 per cent from international exhibition organizers; 20 per cent from local exhibition organizers; 2 per cent from international concerts and live shows; 15 per cent from local showbiz; and 25 per cent from function organiser and corporate group. Anticipating a positive response, the campaign expects to help raise the total revenue to meet the market forecast set at Bt1.5 billion.
