VFA hosts Pizza Night in support of Local Volunteer Fire Department

The VFA reaches out to the community to help provide fire protection equipment to volunteer fire departments.

Online PR News – 09-August-2014 – Bulls Gap, TN – The non-profit organization, Volunteer Firefighter Alliance invites Mohawk and Greene County community members to join them for their annual “Volunteer Firefighter Pizza Night” event on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at the Bulls Gap Pizza Plus. The “Volunteer Firefighter Pizza Night”, sponsored by the VFA, will benefit the Mcdonald Volunteer Fire Department in Mohawk, TN.

The “Pizza Night” starts at 5:00 PM, and will continue until 8:00 PM, with Pizza Plus donating $1.00 for every customer that walks through the door.

“This is our first year hosting this pizza night and we are hoping to not only accomplish our
fundraising goals, but continue to increase participation for years to come,” said Alan Bohms, Executive Director.

Door prizes will be awarded, and there will be items available for silent auction.
