Online PR News – 06-August-2014 – ROCK HILL, Mo. – TITLE Boxing Club, a national fitness club that offers total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts, will be hosting a self-defense seminar for all who are interested Sat., August 9 at their location in Rock Hill, Mo.
The seminar will take place from 2 – 3:30 p.m. and will focus on many different techniques to use in self-defense including proper break fall, choke and hold escape, bear hug escape, direct effectiveness strikes, and joint locks. Chris Logan and Meredith Kutzin will serve as trainers during the seminar.
“We are excited to be hosting this new event here at our location in Rock Hill and hope that residents will take the opportunity to learn some simple techniques that could one day save their lives or the lives of others,” said Heath Norton, owner of TITLE Boxing Club Rockwood.
The self-defense seminar is limited to 30 people, so the club advises those wishing to attend to register soon. The cost for the seminar is free for members and only $5 for non-members.
Those who sign up but are unable to attend after registering are asked to inform TITLE Boxing Club of this change within 24 hours in advance.
