Online PR News – 05-August-2014 – Steinen/Neuss – No matter in which fields is being coated: a clean surface is the basic requirement for the quality of the result. This topic the ZVO-Surface Days are dedicated to, which take place from September 17 to 19 at the Swissôtel Düsseldorf / Neuss. The visitors may look forward to many exiting lectures.
Apart from the topics plastic metallisation, component cleaning, automotive and mechanical engineering, fire control, electrical industry and REACH there will also be lectures on the topic galvanic plating. Peter Demarez, Head of Application Center for zero liquid discharge production at H2O GmbH, will give a lecture on the quality of pretreatment rinsing waters. He shows, how it is possible to process wastewater from the alkaline zinc-nickel-electroplating effectivly and relyably with vacuum distillation systems. Thereby he presents among others the new development Destcontrol. ”This technologial feature does not only replace the continous feed neutralization, but also results in reliable, stable pH-values in the distillate“, says Demarez. How this works exactly, he explains during his lecture on Friday, September 19, at 9.30 a.m.
