Online PR News – 31-July-2010 – – The real estate sector had faced humungous problems owing to the economic downturn as did any other industry . But there were some real estate giants who reportedly continued with the same pace. The Amrapali Group claims to have kept the same speed of construction and selling even during the tough times of recession and launched four new projects, the latest one being the Amrapali Empire.
"Many people told us that this may not have been the correct time to start a new project, yet we launched new projects, for we know our work, what we deliver and most importantly, the faith of our customers keeps motivating us to launch something new. I must mention that the group sold more than 3,000 apartments in a span of four months during recession, which played a vital role in boosting the real estate sector in the Delhi-NCR region" , said Anil Kumar Sharma, chairman, Amrapali Group. Sharma also claims to have completed all its projects on time.
"Currently , the group is present in 27 cities and working on 22 projects, which will complete in two to five years maximum" , exclaimed Sharma. Amrapali Empire, the launch of which was announced, last week, will be located at NH-24 Ghaziabad, opposite ABES Engineering College. Spread over 16,000 sq mts, the project will be about eight kilometers from Shipra Mall in Ghaziabad. Amrapali Empire will offer two and three bedroom flats with a basic price ranging from 22 lakh to 37 lakh. The area of a flat would be between 1,000 sq ft to 1650 sq ft. "The mission is to complete the project within 27 months" , said Sharma.
Sharma added, "We focus on setting the trend for modern , luxurious and convenient living with all kind of club, gym, pool and entertainment facilities. What more can one have for such low prices?" When asked about the support system for bad state of power and electricity supply in Ghaziabad, Sharma said: "We are offering full power back-up so there will not any problem." But being on power back-up for six hours to 18 hours, which is quite normal in Ghaziabad, means incurring too much cost maintenance? Responded Sharma, "This is everywhere in NCR, but it's a matter of five to seven years and then life will be better in terms of electricity supply."
Focusing on Greater Noida, Indirapuram and other East Delhi locations, the Amrapali Group has completed projects spread over more than 100 acres. What makes the Amrapali group stand out is its steadfast dedication to quality and efficient service. In a short span of time, Amrapali has developed luxurious residential complexes , townships, family entertainment centres, offices and commercial complexes. It has developed six ultra-modern residential colonies in and around Delhi.
In its projects, the group always aims to have its first priority as aesthetics. The name Amrapali has been drawn from a historical queen, who was reputed to have the beauty and elegance of the likes of Cleopatra. Design for comfort living is therefore the group's mantra and for this, it employs reportedly the nation's best architect, Hafeez Contractor.
