San Juan Capistrano Dentist Dr. Nicholas Shubin Receives AGD Mastership Award
Online PR News – 23-July-2014 – San Juan Capistrano, CA – The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) is pleased to announce that Nicholas Shubin DDS, MAGD, DABOI, DICOI, of San Juan Capistrano, CA, received the association’s Mastership Award during the AGD 2014 Annual Meeting & Exhibits, which took place June 26 to 29 in Detroit.
The Mastership Award is the AGD’s highest honor and one of the most respected designations within the profession. To earn this award, Dr. Shubin completed 1,100 hours of continuing dental education.
As a Mastership Award recipient, Dr. Shubin joins more than 2,300 active AGD Masters who have achieved this Award since the founding of the AGD in 1952. AGD Masters have gone above and beyond the basic requirements to care for their patients’ oral health.
“This award requires an extraordinary amount of time and effort,” says AGD President W. Carter Brown, DMD, FAGD. “Dr. Shubin should be commended for his unflagging commitment to continuing education, which allows him to provide the best possible dental care and oral health education to his patients.”
Dr. Shubin graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1985 and currently practices dentistry in San Juan Capistrano.
