Rotaract Club of SRCAS organizes career development program

Rotaract Club organized a free career guidance program for 400+ students to help them set career goals and aims to equip success in their future careers.

Online PR News – 10-February-2023 – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – The Rotaract Club of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science conducted a new career guidance program in Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science to help students make informed decisions about their future careers. The program is aimed at students to provide them with the tools and resources needed to explore their interests, strengths, and skills and match them to potential career paths.

The program, which is being offered free of charge to 400+ students, includes a range of activities aimed at helping students identify their strengths and weaknesses, set career goals, and develop a plan to reach those goals. This program covered a variety of topics including job search strategies, resume writing, and interview skills.

The first session is jointly with the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Cosmopolitian led by R. Sarjun, Senior HR Manager, Squash Apps Private Limited who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping students make informed decisions about their future careers. The second session by A.K. Thanghapantieyaan, HR Executive – Recruiter, Personiv Coimbatore feeds knowledge in the latest industry trends and gain practical skills to help them succeed in their future careers & to help them understand their options and develop a personalized plan to achieve their career goals.

This new program is expected to have a positive impact on the future success of the students who participate. With the support of this program, students will have the confidence and knowledge to make informed decisions about their careers and will be well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. This career guidance program will be offered during regular school hours and will be available to all students, regardless of their academic or financial background.
