ProFi Facility Maintenance is starting the new year with a significant expansion by opening an office in the Fort Myers/Naples region.
Online PR News – 12-January-2023 – Fort Lauderdale, FL – With a strong footprint in South Florida, ProFi Facility Maintenance (http://www.profifm.com) is starting the new year with a major expansion into the Fort Myers/Naples area with a full-service office.
The new office is located at 5686 Youngquist Road (Unit 212) in Fort Myers. The company will also usher in the new year with a new website.
Founded by college buddies Michael Loudis and Patrick Cueva while they attended Florida State University, ProFi Facility Maintenance is a one-stop shop for handling the needs of commercial facilities. Services include handyman, porter, pressure cleaning, street sweeping, and overall maintenance. It currently serves hundreds of industrial parks, retail centers, and office buildings throughout southeast and now southwest Florida.
“Up until this move our work has been concentrated in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties,” said Loudis, CEO and co-founder. “We quickly learned that our services were unique and our systems efficiently meet the needs of property owners and managers seeking top-quality commercial maintenance services.
“We gradually developed a strong client base in Naples and Fort Myers. As our book of business expanded, it just made sense to have a fully-staffed office in that area with all of our sophisticated machinery on-site.”
Gradual expansion is part of ProFi’s growth plan which will eventually encompass all of Florida and then the development of clients in other states.
“Our approach to business is to combine the finest maintenance systems with technology to ensure outstanding services,” said Cueva, COO and co-founder. “Clients appreciate our reporting and communications protocols which give them the confidence and peace of mind that properties are being cared for, repaired, and maintained.
“Another major benefit in working with us is that we anticipate issues, taking a proactive approach to maintenance. A great example of this is that we’re preparing our clients’ properties for the next hurricane season.”
“We pride ourselves on professionalism,” said Loudis. “Our staff shows up in uniforms with the proper equipment. Our clients take pride in their places of business and appreciate our attention to detail when it comes to storm preparation, basic maintenance, and ongoing repairs.”
ProFi also prides itself on anticipating problems rather than reacting. This involves regular maintenance inspections, busy-season preparations, and scheduled safety audits.
“Our goal is to make sure our properties are running at peak efficiency,” said Cueva. “This translates into better business, attracting quality employees, and having a professional image.
“Our approach to doing what we do best allows our clients to do what they do best.”
The professionalism and attention to detail are also reflected in the new website which features videos detailing the type of work Profi does. Several videos also showcase the “family first culture”, teamwork, and people.”
