The New Career Development Convention is Taking Place at the Army Navy Country Club on November 5th.

Online PR News – 14-October-2022 – Washington, DC – After four years of hosting free headshot events for Veterans, Jon Meadows of High-End Headshots formed a partnership with Jesse Sieff of Sieff Studios. The two media experts brought together an elite team of event planners, camera operators, and key support networks to create the first annual Career Development Convention (CDC), an expansion of the original headshot event.

In addition to free headshots, the Convention will offer a job fair, fireside chats, free video profiles (provided by Sieff Studios), and further networking opportunities.

"We knew there was a lot of potential to help this community in ways other job fairs just aren't," Meadows explained. "This is an important community and we are designing this event to be incredibly impactful."

"As a Veteran myself, this is very personal to me," Sieff notes. "Veterans have strong skillsets, but employers don't always know how to reach them or tap into this workforce potential - especially important right now with labor shortages."

The 2022 CDC will take place on Saturday, November 5th from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. Up to 300 members of the military community are expected to attend, with hundreds of free headshots and video profiles offered for free. The event is currently seeking sponsorships and accepting free registrations at CDC.vet.
