Scott Industrial Systems has acquired Miami Control Systems in Dayton, Ohio to expand their automation capabilities for customers.

Online PR News – 02-September-2022 – Dayton – Scott Industrial Systems (Scott) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Miami Control Systems (MCS). The transaction was complete Wednesday, August 24, 2022. This acquisition will enhance Scott’s automation capabilities including design, machining, fabrication, controls, programming, installation and support.
