Williams, Assistant Vice President at AT&T. Williams has led the Customer Advocacy and Service Experience Automation Team since its beginning in 2018. The savings and revenue look impressive,” said one judge with hundreds of millions of dollars in impact the organization made in 2021. One of the biggest accomplishments championed by Williams and team was the solution they partnered on allowing agents to work from home at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic - a solution which is still in place and continuously enhanced. With new initiatives being deployed weekly, the Customer Advocacy and Service Experience Team expects to make an even greater impact in 2022.

More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

“We are so pleased that we will be able to stage our first ABA awards banquet since 2019 and to celebrate, in person, the achievements of such a diverse group of organizations and individuals,” said Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards.
