KTM launched the Roadside Assistance program for motorcycle owners from April 2022.

Online PR News – 21-April-2022 – Moscow – Its participants will receive the support of service departments on the road in Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

The Roadside Assistance program is available to KTM customers for two years from the date of purchase of a new road motorcycle from the importer's range. In addition, support applies to motorcycles under 7 years of age that were purchased from authorized KTM dealerships and have undergone scheduled maintenance using original parts. Service departments will assist the owners of such bikes within the framework of the Roadside Assistance program within 12 months from the date of the MOT.

A biker can seek advice from KTM's 24-hour unified hotline in case of a motorcycle breakdown or an accident. The help desk dispatcher will locate the nearest KTM service center and call emergency services to the scene. Specialists will deliver fuel to the biker or help start the motorcycle engine from an external power source. They will tow the motorcycle to an authorized KTM dealer and take the owner to accommodation or service center, if it necessary. It is free within the city. Services that are provided under the warranty program for new motorcycles under the Roadside Assistance project will be provided to the client at the nearest dealership.
