In April 2004, we increased our presence in Indonesia by acquiring a 22.5% stake in the former Bank NISP. Today we own a 85% stake in the entity which has been renamed OCBC NISP.

A member of Indonesia Stock Exchange, OCBC Sekuritas is equipped with both a stockbroking license and an underwriter license, enabling it to provide securities trading services, as well as onshore debt and equity financing solutions in Indonesia. OCBC Wing Hang (formerly Wing Hang Bank) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank in October 2014.
