Jada Davis releases first book
Online PR News – 19-February-2022 – Memphis, Tennessee – In October 2021, the apparel brand GrindMatch closed its doors after over a decade of success, which was largely attributed to the virality of its trademarked slogan, "Shut Up Keep Grinding®.” Many believed the phrase along with imagery of customers with index fingers raised to their mouths would vanish. But owner, Jada Davis, had more in mind on the heels of the 2022 release of her first book, “Don't Let Your Mouth Get You In Trouble: How To Get Out Of Your Own Way And Execute.”
“What once was a campaign to market your favorite motivational apparel, GrindMatch, is now a universal symbol to get sh*t done,” Davis announced.
The cover of Davis’ book showcases her giving the popular “shh” gesture. Pre-sales for the book opened on January 18 and those orders will be in readers’ possession by February 28 when the book is officially released. Davis is a multi-faceted serial entrepreneur, human resources professional, travel enthusiast, and former nationally syndicated radio producer. The book is her gift to those looking to silence distractions, get out of their head, and create streamlined processes to reach their goals.
“My book is for business owners who feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to make it to the finish line. It’s also for the 9-to-5ers who want to explore entrepreneurship but are afraid of what others may think,” Davis said. “You will be empowered into action!”
The book offers practical examples, calls-to-action, resources, and tools for overcoming self-doubt and excuse-making. It can be purchased in the following ways:
