National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Publishes 2021 Year-in-Review.

Online PR News – 18-January-2022 – Chicago – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, publishes its 2021 Year-in-Review, which includes highlights such as achieving historic revenue, growing its business by 48 percent since 2020 and by 36 percent since 2019, as well as increasing headcount by 30 percent.

Continuing its commitment to learning and development, LaSalle Network’s Training and Development department conducted over 2,000 hours of training for employees in 2021. Further, 58 percent of LaSalle Network employees were promoted in 2021, with nearly 22 percent promoted within management.

Part of creating a culture where employees can grow is offering them different forms of support, both personally and professionally, and some of the new initiatives LaSalle Network created in 2021 include:

Briefcase Advisors Program: To help LaSallians who have been with the organization less than 18 months feel connected and supported, the Briefcase Advisors Program forms these newer LaSallians into ‘Green Groups’ led by tenured LaSallians who hold the positions as Briefcase Advisors. The groups meet frequently to discuss all things that will help them hit the ground running sooner and feel a sense of connection.

Brain Health and Wellness Groups: For continued support with mental health and wellness, LaSalle Network created ‘Brain Health and Wellness’ support groups led by licensed therapists to provide group therapy/support sessions on a range of topics from relationship management, anxiety and depression, sessions for working parents and more.

Diversity, Equity and Belonging (DEB) Committee: The DEB committee was created to celebrate the differences that make each LaSallian unique and to provide educational opportunities where authentic conversations are fostered and an environment of acceptance, inclusion and belonging is cultivated.

Philanthropic Highlights: LaSallians continued to utilize LaSalle Network’s volunteer paid time off (VTO) policy of up to 5 days of VTO to support personal organizations near and dear to their hearts. LaSalle Network’s Community Champions committee also organized countless give-back initiatives for LaSallians to partake in, including:
