The analytical agency Autostat and Avito Avto announced the results of the 7th national award "AutoDealer of the Year-2021.
Online PR News – 03-June-2021 – Moscow – AVTODOM Lamborghini Moscow is the leader in the nomination «Organization of Service» in the luxury segment. The goal of the national award «AutoDealer of the Year» is to identify the most advanced dealerships and holdings in the sale and service cars. All official dealerships from all over Russia were invited to participate in the award. 650 nominees competed for the title of the best in this year.
Experts of the agency Autostat and Avito Auto identified the leaders of 2021 based on the analysis of the work of dealerships. Dealerships were grouped by segment: mass, premium, luxury. There was no territorial division in the Luxury segment – dealers from all over Russia competed with each other. Dealership AVTODOM Lamborghini Moscow won in the nomination «Organization of the Service» in the luxury segment.

The winners in each nomination were determined based on private ratings of various indicators using weighting factors. To identify leaders in the nomination «Organization of the Service» among dealerships experts analyzed the total number of service runs and the number of car per 1 service specialist, total revenue from maintenance services, repair and sales spare parts and indicators per employee, average check and dynamics of arrivals at service stations by last year.
