Seasoned human resources director Hassan has been with Mars for almost nine years. She is a certified coach, experienced in coaching leadership teams, fostering organisational culture, driving change, and establishing strong people and organisational foundations. She joined Mars in 2012 as HR manager from Johnson & Johnson, where she was HR manager for Middle East, West Asia, and North Africa. Before that, she was senior HR generalist at Halliburton.
