Online PR News – 09-March-2021 – Singapore – A Hong Kong-based HR professional has been recognised in an unparalleled list that celebrates the best individuals the industry has to offer.

Mars’ Tamara Hassan has been included in Human Resources Director’s Global 100 list, featuring leaders selected for their outstanding commitment to their companies and their people over the past 12 months.

Seasoned human resources director Hassan has been with Mars for almost nine years. She is a certified coach, experienced in coaching leadership teams, fostering organisational culture, driving change, and establishing strong people and organisational foundations. She joined Mars in 2012 as HR manager from Johnson & Johnson, where she was HR manager for Middle East, West Asia, and North Africa. Before that, she was senior HR generalist at Halliburton.

“The annual HRD Global 100 is back now for its second year, celebrating the very best and brightest individuals our sector has to offer,” says the Human Resources Director team. “Drawing from six varied markets - the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, and the UK, Global 100 shines a light on our industry leaders. Looking back at the year behind us, HR moved from a transactional function to a strategic player – navigating unprecedented times with agility, decisiveness and compassion. The winners featured in 2021’s list have been selected for their leadership capabilities, their skill in driving change, and their unending support through these most troubling of months.”
