Grady Bryant has signed on as Livable CTO after VP roles at CoStar and VeriSign.
Online PR News – 11-January-2021 – San Francisco, CA – Livable, the leading residential and commercial utility management platform, is pleased to announce that apartment industry software expert Grady Bryant has signed on as its new Chief Technology Officer.
“We are so thrilled to welcome Grady to the team,” said Livable CEO Daniel Sharabi. “Not only does he come to us with an impressive technology background, but he has a great sense of what it takes to scale a business as well.”
Bryant was vice president of product development at CoStar Group, the country’s top commercial real estate information company and parent company to Apartments.com. At CoStar, he led a team of technologists to deliver highly scalable and secure SaaS solutions for the commercial and residential real estate industry. Prior to that role, Bryant served as the vice president of research and development at VeriSign.
“My background in commercial and residential real estate is one of the things that attracted me to Livable,” Bryant said. “Particularly being able to get in at this point and really help drive the company’s plans forward from a technology perspective is a great opportunity. It’s the kind of thing technicians love to do.”
Bryant is also excited to work at a company with an environmental focus, as energy conservation and sustainable building practices have long been a personal interest. “We all share this planet together. I think it’s very important for renters to understand their footprint a little better,” he said.
Given the company’s considerable growth in the last year, Sharabi said it’s more important than ever to have a top-tier software guru like Bryant on board. “Having him at the tech helm is going to ensure that our product remains cutting edge and that we continue to bring enterprise-grade utility billing tools to independent rental owners,” he said.
Livable is a leading residential and commercial real estate utility management company, providing a suite of cloud services, including its flagship Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS). Livable has been serving the real estate industry since 2009, and its technology solutions strive to create a community around conservation.
