Online PR News – 18-December-2020 – Leeds, West Yorkshire – EcoVibe are proud to announce their first charity partnership with the Rainforest UK. Every customer who places an order on the popular online store will be helping to conserve rainforest and protect the environment.

Every £1 spent on their vast range of eco-friendly products spent will protect 40 square metres of rainforest.

The online store’s bestselling products include plastic free deodorant, compostable sponges and biodegradable bin liners.

Rainforest Trust UK are a British charity, working in partnership with Rainforest Trust in the U.S. to protect the world's most threatened rainforests and other tropical ecosystems.

The Rainforest Trust has placed over 24 million acres of threatened habitat under permanent protection - helping to fight against tropical deforestation that accounts for up to 15% of net global emissions each year.

Becky Pinder, marketing manager at EcoVibe said, “We’re thrilled to have partnered with Rainforest Trust.”

“Climate change has always been an important agenda here at EcoVibe. We’re proud that we can use our platform to help us to tackle climate change issues, starting with the rainforest. It means that each customer purchase will help to ensure the future of rainforests across the globe.”

“It’s vital that we help to protect the rainforest. It’s shocking to think that tropical deforestation accounts for up to 15% of net global carbon emissions each year. Safeguarding existing rainforests is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways an individual can fight climate change, as every acre safely stores over 100 tonnes of carbon that could otherwise enter the atmosphere as the greenhouse gas CO2.”

“From now on, when you shop with EcoVibe, you'll be helping to protect our gorgeous Rainforests and the incredible wildlife in them."

“Every three months, we'll get an update on the amount of rainforest we've saved, and we'll be sure to keep you update via our email and social channels - stay tuned!”
