Golden Matrix and Playtech are set to increase their presence in e-sport and online betting markets with a new distribution deal.
Online PR News – 08-December-2020 – Nevada – Nevada based gaming tech company Golden Matrix Group Inc. has partnered with gambling software development company Playtech PLC in an agreement that they hope will see both companies increasing their share in the e-sport and online betting game markets across the world.
This new collaboration is set to give Playtech an exclusive distribution right to the Vegas-based developer’s recently created system of peer-to-peer (P2P) e-sport betting games as well as GMGI’s innovative AI player acquisition and retention system inside Playtech’s already existing vast global network.
Golden Matrix, which has filed an application this August to have the company’s shares listed on the NASDAQ, will also have non-exclusive rights to the distribution of the British online casino game provider’s most popular games through its extensive operator network.
Mr. Goodman, Chief Executive Officer of Golden Matrix reportedly said that he expects both sides of the distribution agreement to be in effect by the first of December 2020.
Playtech gaming software which includes slots, live games, bingo, table games and even poker will be distributed by Golden Matrix, courtesy of this new content agreement.
Sports Betting Venture
This deal comes on the heels of Golden Matrix acquiring a license to advertise and distribute a white-label sportsbook platform for online betting, featuring a new turnkey solution which is tailored to each individual customer’s requirements and offers a competitive new pricing structure.
For its part, Playtech Chief Executive Officer Mor Weizer added that Playtech’s success being driven by key strategically important partnerships and cooperation with different leading specialists that complement and improve their technology, increasing their scale and breadth of offering. He also hopes this extends the company’s distribution capabilities.
In an additional partnership, Playtech meanwhile has signed an agreement with Austrian Lotteries (Osterreichische Lotterien GmbH) to offer new digital bingo offerings via the popular Austrian website win2day. Along with its specifically tailored bingo proposition, the popular Austrian online casino will now also be able to make available to the European country’s players well-known Playtech titles.
