Powered by IoT and AI, Miraie is Panasonic’s connected living solution platform. It is designed to empower everyday lives of consumers with comfort, convenience and seamless connectivity across all Panasonic devices; by updating quality of living spaces basis their need and ambient environment.
Speaking on the occasion, Manish Misra, Chief Innovation Officer, Panasonic India said, “Miraie is an intuitive, engaging platform built basis consumer insights addressing evolving needs for convenience, comfort and connectivity. It is a result of our R&D efforts put in for over a year. At Panasonic, we wanted the design language to be an extension of Miraie’s ethos, at the same time, be engaging and light enough to run on low-end smartphones. The Red Dot award is a testament of the joint efforts by Panasonic and Analogy Design team towards integrating innovation and creativity to cater to the discerning needs of the consumers for smart products.”
Vyasateja Rao, Founder of Analogy Design said, “The overall design direction was a blend of old school familiarity and modern minimalism. Our focus from day one was to understand how people felt about IoT and their application in an Indian context. Most of the competitors are usually from other Asian countries and have no knowledge about the local features that are preferred by users. Through our unique process of figuring out insights we were able to create a completely differentiated product that not only looks and feels modern and approachable but also helps people navigate the complexity of tech. Panasonic and Analogy have shared a long trustworthy relationship and we will continue to strengthen it further.”
Early this year, Panasonic unveiled its first range of connected products available in the Indian market under Miraie include Connected Air Conditioners, Smart Door Bell, and Plugs & Switches. The company plans to expand its Connected range of products by adding Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Television, fans, geysers, etc. giving consumers a full range of Connected Living Solutions for a futuristic home.
