In his complaint, the contracting executive alleged that because of his perceived disability and medical leave taking, his employer discriminated against him in violation of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
