Educated at the University of Central Lancashire in England, Christopher Roman brings his international expertise to the TerraNova restaurant. Roman began his hospitality career at the popular Hartford, Connecticut restaurant, Pastis. With his gift for hospitality and consistent hard work, Roman found success in New York at the Plaza Hotel’s restaurant, One CPS. As a future restaurateur, Roman rounded his skill sets by working in the kitchen, handling books, and training for general manager duties.
An experienced hospitality professional, Christopher Roman brings his dedication, expertise, and creativity to the TerraNova restaurant and the Tangerine Grill, located within the Anabella Hotel. In 2006 Roman attained General Manager status at Main Street Restaurant Partners.
