Local Arlington, VA indie bookstore launches a YA book group, welcomes visits by authors Lindsay Smith and Garrett Peck, brings Ken Budd to local high school, and hosts launch party for the SmokeLong anthology.

On Thursday, April 3rd at 7 pm, Washington, DC-area resident and author Lindsay Smith discusses and signs "Sekret," her debut Young Adult historical/paranormal thriller.
On Monday, April 7th at 7:30 pm, Ken Budd will speak at the J.E.B. Stuart High School library about his memoir, “The Voluntourist: A Six-Country Tale of Love, Loss, Fatherhood, Fate, and Singing Bon Jovi in Bethlehem.” One More Page will be on site offering books for sale and signature. Garrett Peck’s event at Mad Fox Brewing Company is now on Wednesday, April 16th at 7 pm. Mad Fox is located at 444 West Broad Street, Falls Church, VA. Peck will speak about "Capital Beer: A Heady History of Brewing in Washington, D.C." and One More Page will be on site offering books for sale and signature.
On Tuesday, April 22nd at 7 pm, One More Page partners with Arlington Central Library to co-host Shut Up and Write!, the third session in a series for aspiring writers of Young Adult literature that is moderated by Jon Skovron. The event will be held at Arlington Central Library, 1015 N. Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22201.
The Saturday, April 26th launch party for “SmokeLong Quarterly: The Best of the First Ten Years, 2003-2013,” is now at 6 pm. Six contributors to SmokeLong Quarterly will read selections: Grant Bailie, Jeff Landon, Laura Ellen Scott, Art Taylor, Virgie Townsend, and Brandon Wicks.
One More Page Books is pleased to launch two new monthly book clubs. The Young Adult Book Club meets on Wednesday, April 9th at 5 pm to discuss “Divergent” by Veronica Roth. The Holistic Health & Wellness Book Club meets on Monday, April 28th at 7 pm to discuss “Gaining Ground: A Story of Farmers’ Markets, Local Food, and Saving the Family Farm” by Forrest Pritchard.
