On Sunday, March 23rd the Wall Street Journal reported that with regard to revenue generated by online ads, "36% of all Web traffic is considered fake, the product of computers hijacked by viruses and programmed to visit sites".
The objective of nTangle is to transform the traditional advertising model for online video. nTangle makes all content within a video clickable, allowing viewers to explore based on their interests. This enables content providers to remove ads from the beginning, middle and/or end of a video.
nTangle is a new interactive video platform "where great stories meet great products, so your favorite TV show is also your favorite commercial" says CEO, Pierre-Marc Diennet. "nTangle allows you to engage with a brand and transact immediately with the product you need", states Mr.Diennet.
"The platform is a perfect blend of natural human curiosity and our proprietary technology. Looking beyond the 'hyper product placement' opportunities, nTangle allows viewers to both discover and contribute to a rich combination of meta data, mapped knowledge and a social media dialogue." says Luke Schantz, CTO of nTangle.
