I Am O'Kah! Teaches Girls to "Unlock The Love Within" A Self-Esteem Workshop for Girls Ages 9-12

I AM O’KAH! Inc., will be holding a self-esteem workshop for young girls, ages 9-12, titled “Unlock The Love Within.” The workshop will be led by author and Self-Esteem Activist, Kiara S. Lee, who was featured in CNN's Black in America.

Online PR News – 23-March-2014 – Baltimore, MD – According to research conducted by Dove, 6 out of 10 girls stop doing what they love because they feel bad about their looks. I AM O’KAH! Inc., will be holding a self-esteem workshop for young girls, ages 9-12, titled “Unlock The Love Within.” The workshop will be led by author and Self-Esteem Activist, Kiara S. Lee, who was featured in CNN's Black in America. Ms. Lee will be use her book, Light-Skinned, Dark-Skinned or In-Between" as well as other interactive tools to encourage bonding and fun while teaching young girls how to continue building their self-esteem.

The workshop will be held on Saturday March 22nd, 2014 at 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. The event is FREE and open to the public, so space will be limited. You may register in advance at www.IAMOKAH.org.
