An experienced journalist has been hired by Online Auto Insurance as a contributor to provide breaking news
Online PR News – 16-July-2010 – – OnlineAutoInsurance.com, the originator of the nationwide public rating engine, added a new journalist to its roster this week who is assigned to contribute to its recently unveiled auto insurance news division.
The new journalist, Benjamin Zitney, received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Long Beach, in 2009. While attending Cal State Long Beach, Zitney wrote news articles and edited stories from all sections of the campus’s daily publication, the Cal State Long Beach Daily Forty-Niner. Zitney also worked as an intern researching and writing a company history for the 30-year-old California Joint Powers Insurance Authority, and he plans to apply his research and writing skills to informing the public about new developments in the car insurance industry.
“I’m excited to bring my journalistic research, writing and editing experience to OnlineAutoInsurance.com,” Zitney says. “I hope that my work will result in consumers’ being able to make smarter auto insurance decisions based on objective information that is pertinent to their needs.”
Zitney will be producing research for and managing the new online auto insurance news site, which he and the company are proud to say is clutter-free and full of information on the latest developments in the industry.
The site, with Zitney’s help, will continue to be a central point for all types of information about how new developments in the government, nationwide driving trends and the auto insurance market will be affecting premiums, car insurance companies and consumers’ ability to secure coverage.
The company hopes that the hiring of Zitney will help move them closer to their goal of making http://news.onlineautoinsurance.com/ the No. 1 source for insurance information.
