Online PR News – 28-February-2014 – Ghaziabad – In light to the recent slowdown in the economy, the real estate sector saw some ups and downs in the demand graph. The demand for property buying had fallen due to rise in prices and other factors, but it still could not sway the growing demand of theme based luxury housing. It has been noticed that even though the property market in general has slowed down a bit but still the customers are looking it as a way to get the best deal. The developers are also becoming open for negotiation. Therefore, a person today is still ready to invest in the best. With the growing popularity of urban living and exposure of globalization, the needs and desires of customers has shifted drastically. More and more people are looking out to buy something unique from others.
This has provoked the developers to bring out something that no one has ever seen or heard. Many developers are now coming out theme based projects or unique amenities. Ajnara Ambrosia, a project by Ajnara India Ltd. has come out with a Spanish theme project. Cosmic group’s project La Gracia City Of Romance is based on European theme apartments and a touch of romantic theme in the entire project. Mr. Sushant Muttreja, MD, Cosmic Group says “There has been a lot of change in people’s lifestyles off late. As more and more people will be exposed to the outside world, they will start to be inclined more towards new and unique things. This also enhances the overall mental and status development of the customers. These new theme based projects have been a great hit already and will gain more popularity in near future”.
Mr. Vipul Gupta, MD, Neobrix says “The demand for modern luxury living has been rising nonstop. The developers are also very keen to develop projects that are providing better means of living. The themes are very attractive and bring about everything in real. The Disney theme offered by a developer actually makes the project look like a Disneyland”.
Mr. Vikas Chawla, Director, Maxblis says “The concept of offering theme based projects is excellent. The only thing to be kept in mind is the target audience. Not everyone would like a French theme project or someone might like French theme over a swiss theme. So the planning and targeting phase requires a lot of hard work and intel. But still, these concepts have been well relished till date.
