As past president of the Northern California Regional ASHRAE chapter, the Associated Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors, twice for the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange, and as former owner of Park Mechanical, Duke’s decades of experience will help further the COAC’s mission of helping owners, property managers and tenants improve the return on their building investments. “We are delighted to welcome Duke as our Senior Adviser. COAC also announced Duke’s sons, Jeff and John McAlpine, previously with Park Mechanical, have also joined the COAC team. John McAlpine has extensive HVAC system design and engineering experience and will take on the role of Senior Account Manager and is affiliated with the Building Performance Institute (BPI) and the Indoor Air Quality Association. NATE Certified, Jeff McAlpine will join the COAC service department as a Senior HVAC service technician who will focus on COAC’s large commercial clients. “Their business values of service timeliness, precision, expertise and collaboration are a wonderful compliment to our team and will add value for our customers” explains Robert Plotner, COAC’s Service Operations Manager.
