Designers, trade and public visitors and the Mumbai hotel sector are gearing up for a high number of attendees at Culture Collection, to be held 19 to 22 August at the Mumbai World Trade Centre.
Online PR News – 10-July-2010 – – Thousands of lifestyle products with an upscale designer twist will be on show in August at Mumbai’s well known Culture Collection trade show. Held at the prestigious World Trade Centre in the city, the expo aims to both domestic and international niche markets, with the success of last year’s show drawing even more exhibitors to this popular showcase.
Over 150 stands will display designer costume jewellery, boutique style fashions, glassware, craft items, lighting and a full range of upscale accessories. More than 40,000 national and international trade visitors and members of the general public flocked to the show last year, with the organisers expecting an increase in 2010.
Culture Collection’s aim is to give its exhibitors a unique opportunity to market their products to a diverse selection of buyers over the four days of the show. Expected are retailers, wholesalers, representatives from department stores, mail order and online businesses and homeowners with an interest in upgrading their interiors.
Rooms in cheap Mumbai hotels close to the World Trade Centre may be difficult to come by during the event, as exhibitors usually prefer rooms in hotels close to the venue. Booking well ahead of the trip should provide suitable accommodation for visitors.
DirectRooms.com’s head of marketing, Lek Boonlert, comments, “Due to India’s booming economy, suitable hotels are often fully booked so we counsel advance booking.”
