Opened in 2005, KWest Real Estate is a full service boutique brokerage company representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Also offering consulting and brokerage for marketing strategies/outside sales teams for new home projects, Butts and Lieber offer over 40 years combined experience with a track record of closing 15,000 transactions county wide. They are recognized experts in market analysis, pricing, marketing, sales management, sales negotiation and transaction coordinating.
Prior to opening KWest Real Estate, Katrina Butts was the VP of Sales and Marketing for the Ryness Company, where she was directly responsible for sales volumes exceeding 1,400 homes a year. As VP of Sales of the San Diego Division of DR Horton, she directed the sales and marketing of a multi-million dollar operation ($350M/Yr GR) and successfully launched an in-house resale operation to augment home sales for contingent buyers of new homes. As a member of the San Diego Chapter of the BIA, she was an active board member of the Sales and Marketing Council for many years and was the recipient of the Sales Manager of the Year and finalist for Marketing Manager of the Year.
Dina Lieber has over 20 years of experience in new homes sales, marketing, investment, advising, and financing. With thousands of closings in her tenure, Lieber was awarded membership in to the prestigious National Association of Home Builders Institute of Residential Marketing in 2000 and was on the San Diego Builder’s Industry Sales and Marketing Board of Directors as its Education Chair.
