On October 18th, 2013 Grand Slam USA, located in Malvern, PA, opened their brand new, high-tech, split-level laser tag attraction.
Online PR News – 23-January-2014 – Malvern, PA – Grand Slam USA, owned and operated by Steve Cook, had operated their laser tag attraction with the LASERTRON LT-10 system and single level arena for 13 years. Grand Slam is happy to now offer their guests a new and exciting state of the art laser tag attraction!
Steve’s son Dan attended a LASERTRON Entertainment Center conference in May, 2013 which offered a wealth of educational material and industry knowledge. Dan was also able to research the new LASERTRON LT-12 laser tag system in person and learn more about LASERTRON’s arenas.
When the opportunity to remodel the facility presented itself, Steve and Dan made the decision to have LASERTRON design a cool, split-level laser tag arena and at the same time update their older laser tag game system. The Grand Slam team followed the LASERTRON design plans and installed the split-level ramps and platforms. Steve also knew their team could easily install LASERTRON’s arena parts themselves. LASERTRON has had several clients over the years choose a self-install arena package. It is a great option for locations that want to save money by installing the arena themselves. LASERTRON’s arena parts are easy to install yet still offer a durable, fun and cool looking environment.
The LASERTRON LT-12 vests are LASERTRON’s newest model which offers superior mp3 sound effects and announcements, a full color OLED display on the phaser, 5 vibrators that allow players to detect which direction the tag is coming from, red and green lasers, 3 CHIP Modes which give the players different power-ups, and much more.
Steve had this to say about his new laser tag attraction.
“After 13 years with our LASERTRON system, and ready to invest in an updated system, we were very detailed in our research. We compared features and benefits to several other companies and we spoke to owners and operators all over the country. Throughout our investigation, all roads lead back to LASERTRON. Once we locked in on the size of the new arena and our decision to do a self install, Greg and his team at LASERTRON were great in guiding us through the process. From layout and design to installation assistance and advice, LASERTRON was with us every step of the way. The entire LASERTRON staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their willingness to spend whatever time was needed with us gave us the comfort level we needed to take on a huge project. We at Grand Slam USA can highly recommend LASERTRON for state of the art equipment, professional service, and genuinely nice people to do business with. Thanks again.”
Grand Slam USA offers visitors a variety of entertainment. Batting cages, mini-golf, basketball, Functional Fitness programs, arcade, Launch Pad which is inflatable fun for the younger kids, sports camps and much more.
