One More Page Books Hosts Event for “Defying Gravity” Anthology Written by DC-area Women Writers

Local independent Arlington, VA, bookstore hosts an author panel for “Defying Gravity,” the sixth anthology of the Grace & Gravity series of fiction written by Washington, DC-area women and edited by Richard Peabody.

Online PR News – 16-January-2014 – Arlington, VA – One More Page Books, an independent, neighborhood-oriented bookstore, hosts an evening event for “Defying Gravity” on Thursday, February 6th at 7 pm. This event is open to the public and admission is free.

“Defying Gravity” is the sixth anthology in the Grace & Gravity series of fiction written by Washington, DC-area women and edited by Richard Peabody of Paycock Press. At One More Page Books’ event, Donna Moss will moderate a panel with participating authors Shelby Settles Harper, Kate Lu, and Julie Shields, to discuss their writings. Copies of “Defying Gravity” will be available for sale and signature.

This sixth volume also includes works by the following writers: Malve S. The first book in the series, “Grace and Gravity,” was published in 2004 to showcase women writers with originality and vision. Additional volumes in the series are: “Enhanced Gravity,” Electric Grace,” “Gravity Dancers,” and “Amazing Graces.”
