New positions will include Management, Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Operations, Quality Assurance and Customer Support, IT, and Sales and Marketing.
During the event, VoiceNation President Jay Reeder announced, “During the time it took us to expand our Call Center, we've already increased our staff by 26 percent.
