Catch Galgotias students in action at the JK Tyre Racing championship

The Galgotias Volkswagen team was selected post rigorous rounds of audition and training.

Online PR News – 02-December-2013 – Noida – Greater Noida, November 30th 2013: Just as the wheels get rolling at the uber cool Buddh international circuit, students of Galgotias warmed up to participate in the 16th JK Tyre Racing Championship. The JK Tyre racing India series witnessed the excitement of 60 young drivers across the country, to which contribution of students from Galgotias is always appreciated.

Formula F4 race, Ultima Queens’s cup, Volkswagen Polo R cup races were the main attractions at the event. Event started with a thrilling car stunt show which left the crowd amazed, only wanting for more. The event was attended by hundreds of enthusiastic audience who cheered for the participants.

The Galgotias Volkswagen team was selected post rigorous rounds of audition and training. This team will also help manage hospitality and transportation facilities besides efficiently managing race day operations at Buddha International Circuit on 30th November & 1st December, 2013.

The JK Tyre National Racing Championship also known as JK-NRC is a track racing championship series consisting of several single make series events. This championship series is also considered to be the stepping stone for Indian Racing drivers who want to break into international motorsports. Several drivers have gone on to take part in international events including Formula One and A1 Grand Prix and other premier racing series around the world.
