Ryland Homes Announces Larger Lots, New Designs and Early Delivery at Gilberts Town Center

Ryland Homes’ Chicago homebuilders division is opening an additional 35 lots at its Gilberts Town Center in Gilberts, including hard-to-find, cul-de-sac home sites and extra large, single-family properties, while also featuring two new home designs and early delivery of three single-family homes and six townhomes within the community.

Online PR News – 01-July-2010 – – Locating a new home with extra space and privacy can be difficult for homebuyers that want to live in Chicago’s northwestern suburbs. Ryland’s Gilberts Town Center meets these needs with its larger and cul-de-sac home sites.

Ann Spoden, a sales counselor for Chicago homebuilders, Ryland Homes, said that these are some of the largest home sites to be offered at Gilberts Town Center. Ranging in size from a half-acre to one acre, Spoden states, “These are premium sites, some backing up to preferred wetlands and open, preserved space for extra privacy.”

Currently, three of the new home sites are available for early delivery in August and September, including two of the Prescott designs and one of the Hawthorne, each providing four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and more starting at $276, 442. Two of the properties can still be upgraded with the buyers’ preferred selections.

In addition, Ryland Homes debuted two new single-family designs, The Arden and The Coventry, allowing buyers to choose from nine two-story designs in all.

Included in the early delivery offerings for Gilberts Town Center are five new townhomes available by September and October: one Amherst, two Chathams, a Chelsea, and an Easton design. All feature three-level construction, low-maintenance ownership, up to three bedrooms and up to 2,140 square feet starting at $179,990.

“Our townhome square footages are substantially larger than what others are offering, which gives you a lot of home for the money. What’s more, we’ve recently reduced the base prices on our townhomes without sacrificing any amenities,” says Todd Lesher, a sales counselor for Ryland Homes’ Chicago homebuilders division.

Lesher adds that in past seasons, townhomes at Gilberts Town Center have been so popular that early delivery wasn’t available until now.
