CRMVid Announces Release of New White Label Personalised Video Email Marketing Service for Agencies

In a move to spread even more satisfaction to customers via email, CRMVid has released use of its VENUS (trademark) Personalised Video Platform to marketing agencies in the UK.

Online PR News – 29-November-2013 – London – This means the major networks like WPP and Omnicom as well as smaller boutique shops now have personalised video email services on-tap for their clients. The reason for this move is explained by James Smith, VP of Technology and Analytics
“Our Personalised Video Email service has had amazing take up since launch back in September and we’ve already expanded the team to encompass more account management staff for direct to client work. This white labelled initiative which makes VENUS (trademark) available to marketing, data and email agencies gives us the opportunity to reach even more clients whilst still maintaining the data safety and integrity of the service. Whilst piloting the CRMVid service directly to clients, we’ve been lucky to work alongside a number of innovative agencies and because of initial success some of those agencies have asked us to provide an out-of-the-box personalised video email service to incorporate into their 2014 plans for other key accounts, so it seemed a natural progression to empower the agencies directly rather than add to the creative or planning processes when that’s already being well managed“

…and Tom Bird VP of Marketing adds…
“Personalised Video Email marketing is great for cross-selling and up-selling as well as customer service messages and explaining complex products or services and because CRMVid is providing the technical Personalised Video Email platform VENUS (trademark) service at close to cost for agencies, they can add a healthy mark-up for the services they’re providing to the client like creative messaging and integrated planning.”
It is not exactly clear how widespread the take-up of CRMVid service is or will be, but with 4G just around the corner for most consumers and mobile data costs plummeting CRMVid’s decision to optimise for mobile first surely gives them a key advantage in the UK marketplace.
