Atlanta GA (October 28, 2013) Entrepreneurs Helping Entrepreneurs (EHE), a non-profit organization committed to financially empowering entrepreneurs has announced its holiday partnership with the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). The GWCC has come on board as venue sponsor and through its community outreach effort is providing affordable pricing for vendor space to the EHE organization.
Supporting EHE Executive Director Koren Conrad-Saddler’s vision, the GWCC broadcasted it is home of the 2013 Christmas In Atlanta – Holiday Marketplace scheduled for December 6th – 8th. This venture is beneficial not only to the small business market, but also to the surrounding downtown communities such as the Luckie-Marietta Street District. The 70k – 75k forecasted attendance for the weekend is anticipated to generate noticeable revenue in nearby establishments.
“I was overwhelmed when I was offered the prospect to secure adequate vendor spacing; I actually submitted a proposal on a whim never thinking it was possible. It is great to know I am not alone in my efforts to serve Atlanta’s entrepreneurs!”, Conrad-Saddler excitedly states when asked of her 2013 marketplace choice location. “I held our first holiday market in a church and vendor openings were regulated as a result of limited spacing. This year we’re able to extend vendor opportunities to over 100 entrepreneurs and small business owners who are interested in gaining greater exposure and growing their business during this holiday season.”
Conrad-Saddler is already working on the 2014 Holiday Marketplace, sharing plans that each year festivities and exhibitors will ramp up ultimately becoming an annual holiday shopping market tradition for Atlanta citizens and tourists.
