Newly appointed as Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Director, Michael Welch oversees all food and beverage operations at the revitalized Beaumont Ranch and Spa The Addition of Chef Michael Welch signals a new direction and a step forward for Beaumont Ranch.

Raised on a farm in the Midwest and living in Texas for the past 20 years gives Chef Michael a true understanding of the ranch life, cuisine and culture.  Michael was classically trained in French Cuisine at La Varenne in Paris, France, his formative years were spent at The Phoenician Resort and La Posada Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona along with the Raveneaux Country Club in Houston.
