Luxury Estate Home Community South of Collingwood

Online PR News – 01-November-2013 – Collingwood, Ont. – COLLINGWOOD, Ont. – Osler Bluff Estates, Inc. which specializes in the development of lifestyle communities in both Canada and the U.S., has entered into a partnership with MacPherson Builders to build out the 37 remaining estate homes in what was formerly called Windrose Estates and is now called MacPherson at Windrose Estates.

Osler Bluff Estates, Inc. partner John Perkins says MacPherson is the ideal builder to complete the development by virtue of the company’s successful track record since it was established in 1994, of building communities such as the nearby Orchard at Craigleith, which consists of 130 chalets at the base of Craigleith Ski Club.

“MacPherson doesn’t just have the experience needed to build an individual home that’s the right fit for a lifestyle community… they also have the experience and know how to build an entire community of these homes,” observes Perkins. “So we feel they’re the perfect partner that can help transform Windrose into a thriving, upscale neighborhood in a timely fashion.”

With only one home remaining for sale at The Orchard, MacPherson Builders president Russell Higgins says the timing couldn’t be better for them to turn their attention to new projects in the area. “We learned a lot about what motivates consumers to buy in Southern Georgian Bay with the Orchard and we intend to build on this knowledge with MacPherson at Windrose Estates. That includes introducing an exciting line up of new model designs that are the perfect fit for a community where you have Osler Bluff Ski Club just a stone’s throw away and Osler Brook golf club immediately to the east.”

Higgins says that although the company is currently working toward a formal launch of MacPherson at Windrose Estates around the start of ski season prospective owners can pre-register at www.windroseestates.com or learn more by calling 705-293-2201.
