Lick Library's position at the centre of global guitar tuition looks set to become even stronger as the company continues to deliver first class guitar tuition DVDs (previews of which can be viewed in streaming video format), podcasts, webcasts and Jamtrax. All Jamtrax can be previewed and then downloaded, and are available in a wide range of different genres, from heavy rock classics to extreme legato backing tracks. The firm has also created hugely popular tuition products for the bass and drums too.
The company began life as a partnership between Stuart Bull and Kim Waller, the latter of which approached Stuart to create a backing track for his own personal use. Having noted the huge potential of creating backing tracks to help bands practice, they founded Total Accuracy, which later became the globally popular Lick Library.
