As Time Warner Cable’s Digital Agency of Record, Siteworx helped TWC undertake a complete website redesign. In addition to improving the visual aesthetic, Siteworx was also responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, front-end development, and quality assurance. With the enhancements, TWC achieved better organization and unity among its separate brand entities. Additionally, TWC succeeded in streamlining the consumer education and buying process in order for customers to quickly and easily navigate the site and manage their accounts.

Siteworx also helped TWC integrate Lithium’s Social Customer Experience platform. With this integration, Siteworx enabled TWC to create an online destination where its customers can access a wealth of resources and support information. In particular, the creation of a discussion forum on TWC’s website enabled TWC to reduce costs to service its customers and provide customers with easy access to the most relevant and important content.
At the 2013 Adobe Digital Marketing Summit, Siteworx VP of Design Giovanni Calabro and TWC Group Vice President, eCommerce & Interactive Marketing delivered a presentation titled, “Responsive Design for Enterprise Websites,” which describes, from concept to execution, how Siteworx and TWC successfully architected and implemented a responsive design for TWC’s Residential website.
The WebAwards competition was judged by a team of independent Internet professionals representing a variety of relevant disciplines of website development. Judges included members of the media, advertising executives, site designers, creative directors, corporate marketing executives, content providers and webmasters. The WebAwards competition format allows websites to compete head-to-head with other sites within their industry to win the Best of Industry award.
