Event managment and hire companies join forces for Charity Ball

Visionary events and Grampians Event Hire launched their joint venture partnership last Thursday night at The Mining Exchange - both companies plan to run the largest charity dinner for 1000 people in October.

Ballarat Business Visionary events has announced a partnership with Grampians Events Hire and launched ‘Ballarat Gala Charity Event’ in a decorated marquee in the Ballarat Mining Exchange this week.

Grampians Event Hire currently services the Grampians, Wimmera and the coast and has seen a significant demand in the need for good quality hire products in the Ballarat region.

Their Ballarat office will provide an excellent, localised service to corporate and brides planning their events. The Ballarat office will be operated by Visionary events, the partnership will further enhance the range of event and hire services already provided by the companies.

The first major project that the companies will work on together under the partnership is “Ballarat Gala Charity Event” to be held on October 2nd 2010.

The event themed ‘Dine in the Circus’ has support from North Ballarat Sports Club, University of Ballarat, Ballarat College of Music and Arts and Yummy Cakes and will support Classroom Connections and Child and Family Services, Ballarat.
