The company received their accolade during a glittering awards luncheon at the Ramada in Manchester on Thursday (18/06). JMC were nominated in the “Bigger” category, for businesses with between 51 and 100 employees.
The “Best Places to Work” initiative was created by the Manchester business newspaper in order to honour local companies that have created positive and efficient working environments for their employees.
All of the nominated companies were ranked based on an independent survey which employees were asked to answer a number of questions about their employees, in areas including team effectiveness, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and work engagement, amongst others.
