The restaurant was conceived and developed by Mark and Terry, the owners, who have both more than 10 years’ experience in restaurant management and a strong passion for Japanese food. “We want to offer the real Japanese cuisine to the people of Dublin, created with love and dedication”, says Mark; this is why Banyi partnered up with Halan, a highly experienced Sushi and Teppanyaki chef, who has learnt its cooking skills in prestigious Japanese kitchens around the world.

Banyi’s signature dishes include tasty and beautifully decorated Sushi rolls and Sashimi, Teriyaki, Tonkatsu, Ramen, Tempura, and many more… all home-made with natural ingredient, the freshest fish and the leanest meat.
