On July 30, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) – Alberta announced the list of finalists for the CHBA Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing.
Online PR News – 07-August-2013 – Edmonton, Alberta – As a testament to the incredible amount of talent among builders across the province, the CHBA – Alberta received a record breaking 412 submissions this year. Rohit Communities is proud to have placed among the province’s best of the best with a finalist nod for Multi-family Apartment Over $325,000 for the Duke in the Essex at Callaghan Ravines. The Duke also took home a local win at the CHBA- Edmonton’s Awards of Excellence this past March.
Judging for each design category was based on curb appeal, kitchen, great room, ensuite and any other special features and creative use of space that the home builder could showcase.
“The competition for the Alberta Awards of Excellence gets tighter and tighter each year, and we are thrilled and honoured to be nominated alongside so many industry leaders,” said Linh Pham, Senior Marketing Coordinator for Rohit Communities, “The province should be very proud of such a strong showing from an amazing list of finalists.”
Rohit Communities is now in the midst of building a similar project just a stone’s throw away from Callaghan Ravines. The new Vantage at Callaghan North Apartment Condominium project offers one and two bedroom apartments, offering something for everyone.
