Glasgow Interactive Announce New Glasgow Openings

Glasgow, UK, August 2013 – Glasgow Interactive have been discussing their latest recruitment plans as Q3 is now well underway. The company have announced they are opening new positions at their Glasgow headquarters to keep up with client demand and assist with their 2013 goals.

Glasgow Interactive supply teams of fully- trained, professional marketing and advertising agents to clients looking to acquire new customers and increase their market share. They recruit candidates with previous sales and customer service experience or those with a natural flair for the industry and they train everybody from the ground-level up in all areas of marketing and product promotion.

The Glasgow Interactive in-house training program covers how to lead a small team, live customer management, public speaking, running meetings, motivational techniques, problem solving, recruitment, goal setting, campaign management, sales tracking, critical conversations, and business administration. Higher levels of the course involve skills needed to run a business.

“We support growth for national and local companies which is especially vital for Glasgow’s economic development,” commented Managing Director Gilles Baudet. “It seems like a lot of companies are on the cusp of opening up new positions which is fantastic news for Scotland.”

During their last online recruitment drive, the Glasgow Interactive HR department received an average of 100 applicants per day. All applicants were then screened either through their CV or over the phone and candidates were then shortlisted to meet with the management team at headquarters in Blythswood Square.

“Due to a huge increase in demand from our current clients we are really looking for people from all backgrounds which really opens the scope,” added Baudet. “We have a lot of work ahead of us to finish the year as well as it has started and we are all ready.”
